PLM Coach LMS Terms of Service (Version 1)

These Terms of Service ("TOS") for the Learning Management System ("LMS") aka lms.plmcoach.com constitute a legal agreement between PLM Coach Private Limited (the "Provider") and the customer (the "User").  1. Definition of Lifetime Access 1.1. "Lifetime Access" refers to access to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the duration of the operational lifetime of the LMS, as determined by the provider. It does not guarantee access for the user’s lifetime. 1.2. The operational lifetime of the LMS is at the sole discretion of the provider and may end if the platform is discontinued, sold, or otherwise rendered unavailable. 2. Eligibility 2.1. Users are required to meet the eligibility criteria in effect at the time of purchase and settle all outstanding dues. 2.2. Access is granted on an individual basis and is non-transferable without prior written consent from the provider. 3. Scope of Access 3.1. Lifetime Access includes access to the courses, resources, and features specified at the time of purchase. 3.2. New courses, updates, or features introduced after the purchase may not be included unless explicitly stated. 4. User Responsibilities 4.1. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and may not share access with others. 4.2. Any misuse of the platform, such as sharing content without authorization, may result in the termination of access. 5. Modifications to the LMS 5.1. The provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the LMS at any time without notice. 5.2. Major updates that affect access or content may be communicated to users, but this is not guaranteed. 6. Refund Policy 6.1. Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable 7. Termination of Access 7.1. The provider may terminate access if the user violates the terms and conditions or engages in prohibited activities. 8. Intellectual Property 8.1. All content, including courses, videos, materials, and designs, remains the intellectual property of the provider or its licensors. 8.2. Users should not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. The provider is not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from the use or unavailability of the LMS. 9.2. The provider makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the LMS. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore Jurisdiction. 10.2. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Bangalore Jurisdiction, as applicable. 11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 11.1. The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 11.2. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. 12.
